Namaste beautiful tribe! I hope you are having a great start to the week.
I am very happy to be home from India and filled with so much inspiration and love. I’m on FULL POWER at the moment getting all our new projects up and running.
The Chakra Healing Kitchen has been brewing for a couple of years now, I am thrilled to finally launch this wonderful idea and bring it to life!
Join us on Wednesdays 11.30am – 2.00pm
at Heaven on Earth for a delicious
soul nourishing lunch for just £5!
Since opening our doors in August 2017, we have been offering Ayurvedic cooking classes and workshops to educate and inspire the local community to prepare healthy vegetarian meals in accordance with their unique mind-body type, the seasons and cycles of life.
The human body has the potential to heal, all we need to do is listen to our intuition and create the right environment for healing to take place.
Sharing the basic fundamental knowledge of Ayurveda is something I am super passionate about. Once we understand the elemental energetics of food, and everything in life, our perceptions expand and we feel empowered to take our health and wellbeing into our own hands.
“When diet is wrong, medicine is of no use. When diet is correct, medicine is of no need.”
I love this Ayurvedic proverb, it is so true!
Everything starts with what we put into our body. And I’m not just talking about the food and drinks we consume, our thoughts are equally important when we embark on the journey of self healing.
My intention for creating the Chakra Healing Kitchen is to empower you to learn more about who you are, on a deep cellular level. The healthy food and drinks available are medicinal and infused with the purest of energy to maximise your healing and transformation.
Cleanse and restore balance to your chakras by eating a rainbow of colours. Learn how to extract maximum life force from your food to achieve optimum health and wellbeing.
