Earth Angel Yoga is a heart centred intuitive practice based upon traditional Hatha yoga, energy healing and Ayurveda. This unique healing class infuses angel readings, moon magic and native American medicine to align you with your most true authentic self.
As we move through a mass spiritual ascension, our dormant DNA strands are being activated opening up our interdimensional energy field aligning us with our Divine cosmic nature. Everything in our current reality is there because we called it in energetically with our thoughts, feelings and beliefs.

This chakra healing yoga massage class is designed to slow down your body and mind and restore balance within.
Join us for a deeply relaxing and restorative yoga practice where you will receive intuitive massage and healing throughout the session for the ultimate relaxation experience! ♥
With a strong emphasis on deep relaxation, you will be guided on a journey to let go and surrender into the moment, allowing yourself one hour to relax and enjoy peace, stillness and sweet surrender.
Each of the yoga poses will be held for at least 5 minutes allowing your body and mind to relax deeply.
