Earth Angel Yoga is a heart-centred intuitive practice based upon traditional Hatha yoga, energy healing, and Ayurveda. This unique healing class infuses angel readings, moon magic, and Native American medicine to align you with your most authentic self.

With a strong emphasis on deep relaxation, you will be guided on a journey to let go and surrender into the moment, allowing yourself one hour to relax and enjoy peace, stillness and sweet surrender.
Each of the yoga poses will be held for at least 5 minutes allowing your body and mind to relax deeply.
