There are only 4 places available to keep this retreat deeply intimate and personal, plus, adhere to the government guidelines for social distancing so you feel at ease and safe when with us.

Prior to the retreat, you will receive the Chakra Yoga Cleanse book and Online Course. We will work through the chakras each day, deepening your knowledge and experience of yoga and energy healing.
Monday 20th: Shakti (7am – 2pm)
7am: Rise & Shine Shakti Flow
8am: Breakfast – Shakti Goddess Smoothie
9am: Mindfulness Walk in Nature
11am: Ayurvedic Cooking Class
1pm: Lunch
1.45pm: Closing Meditation
Tuesday 21st: Prana (12pm – 1.30pm)
12pm Pranayama & Energy Flow
12.45pm Vegan Lunch
Wednesday 22nd: Surya (7am – 2pm)
7am: Surya Namaskar Energy Flow
8am: Breakfast – Totally Tropical Smoothie
9am: Mindfulness Walk in Nature
11am: Ayurvedic Cooking Class
1pm: Lunch
1.45pm: Closing Meditation
Thursday 23rd: Bhakti (12pm – 1.30pm)
12pm: Love & Devotion Heart Expanding practice
12.45pm: Minty Asparagus, Spinach & Broccoli Soup to nourish the heart
Friday 24th: Shiva (5pm – 8pm)
5pm: Yoga, Chanting, Meditation and Dancing
7pm: Blue Magic Soup to purify the throat chakra and embody Shiva Consciousness
Saturday 25th: Chandra (10am – 6pm)
10am: Yoga & Meditation
11am: Ayurvedic Cooking Class
1pm: Lunch
1.30pm: Mindfulness Walk in Nature
4pm: Relaxing & Restorative Chandra Yoga Flow
5pm: Golden Milk Elixir and Meditation
5.30pm: Talk on Fasting, Q&A’s
5.45pm: Closing ceremony

3pm: Restorative Yoga Nidra
4pm: Break-fast with Detoxifying Mung Bean Soup
