Breathe in Peace… Breathe out Peace…

Release the external chatter of the world around you and come home to your centre of peace and harmony. Go deep into the silence and stillness of the soul to find your calm peaceful centre.

There is so much magic and wonder in our world when we take the time to tune in and listen.

Listen deeply to the calling of your heart and embrace the treasures that you find hidden deep within.

There are many gifts waiting for you there, in the stillness, in the silence.

Meditation calms the mind and increases our intuition allowing us to move through life with ease and grace, everything becomes effortless and in a state of flow.

I’ve been guided to set up these weekly sessions every Sunday so we can sit together in circle and meditate on peace, love and happiness, for ourselves and the whole of humanity.

The purpose of our life on Earth is to be happy. Mental peace and happiness cannot be bought or found outside of ourselves, it is something we must cultivate in our own mind and state of being. All of our inner visions create our outer reality, everything starts as a thought within our mind. Once we realise peace comes from within, we have the power to change our current reality and increase our positive vibrations within and around us. The key to our happiness is to create a happy peaceful and positive mind.

Once we find peace within, it ripples out into the world bringing about change in our environment. Our energy emits a calm, peaceful vibration and that has an effect on the energy around us creating a positive atmosphere. Happiness become our natural state of being and as a result, we achieve great health and vitality in our body, mind and spirit.

Join us every Sunday 6.00 – 7.00pm for a Circle of Peace meditation at Heaven on Earth The Space.

The Circle of Peace meditation begins as soon as you mentally commit to the practice.

Feel the peace in your heart welcoming you home.

On your way to the Circle of Peace meditation, prepare your mind for silence by setting your intentions. For example, your intention may be “I am Peace, I am Silence” Repeat this several times as you deepen your breathing. As you inhale, mentally say, “I am Peace” and as you exhale, “I am Silence”.

Prepare your body for stillness by doing some gentle stretches or shaking it out before you arrive. This will help you to let go of negative energies you may picked up during the day and will also aid in the prana moving more freely through your body so you can get maximum benefit from the session.

Upon entering the building, allow yourself to let go of your life as you know it. Let go of your thoughts and everything that has happened during your day, let everything fall away so you can be fully present in the moment.

Take this time as an opportunity for you to switch off from the world and just simply BE.

Let go of the past, let go of the future, all that exists is NOW! Enjoy the gift of living in the present moment. <3

Seek to find the Kingdom of Heaven in your heart, the stillness, peace and quiet.

The purpose of this regular meditation group is to build a community of like-minded people that want to find more peace in their lives, and ultimately, create Peace of Earth.

Suggested donation for the event is £3.

Please offer your donations on the sacred altar in the centre of our Circle of Peace at the beginning of the meditation as your offering to the Holy Creator. You can also light a candle, send your prayers and dedicate your practice to someone who may need support and peace and in their lives.

Please spread the peace and love by sharing this post with your friends and family, together, we can make BIG changes! Much love <3 <3 <3
