The best morning practices start the night before.
Join me for an evening sadhana (spiritual practice) live on Zoom at 9pm UK time from Monday 2nd – Sunday 8th January.
Gift yourself 30 minutes every evening for your own wellbeing.
The powerful mantra and mudra meditations will harmonise your chakras, rejuvenate your energy body, and soothe your nervous system to prepare you for a peaceful night’s sleep.
In my Chakra Yoga Cleanse eBook (another free gift to you, from me) I will guide you to develop powerful morning and evening practices that will enhance all areas of your life.
Ease yourself gently each morning, starting with 5 minutes on day one, and building up 5 minutes each day as you journey through the chakras. This will raise your vibration and prepare you for an amazing day!
By the end of the week, you will have a full chakra yoga practice that you can continue to use daily, or whenever you choose.
You can look forward to a restorative yin yoga pose at the end of each day, with full instructions and guidance in the book.
