The gentle yoga sequence will relax tense muscles, improve mobility and flexibility in the spine, and strengthen your lower back and core muscles.
Personalised modifications ensure that every move is adapted to meet your unique needs, empowering you to reclaim comfort and confidence in your body.

Relaxation is vital to healing the body and mind.
Experience the restorative power of yoga nidra, a powerful practice that induces deep physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It guides you to a state between wakefulness and sleep, where profound healing and restoration occur, balancing the body, mind, and spirit at a cellular level.
Discover the secrets of Ayurveda and how to eat according to your unique mind-body type. You will learn about superfoods, natural painkillers, and powerful anti-inflammatory and healing medicines.
The session will conclude with questions and answers so you can learn more about what may come up during the workshop.
The workshop is interactive, so please wear loose clothing that allows you to move freely. For additional comfort in the yoga nidra session, bring a blanket and cushion/pillow with you.
