The Magical Healing Power of Mother Nature

Deep in meditation she calls me, alluring me to be by the coast so I can feel her beautiful energies soothe my soul. The energy of the full moon intensifies her waves as they crash upon the rocks and shore. I am home, my heart expansive in Divine bliss and eternal love, completely immersed in nature feeling peaceful and serene. Oh what a sweet melody she sings to me, calling me to be with her, the ocean, the magnificent waters of the Earth, inviting me to simply be!

Do you ever get that feeling?

Does the ocean travel deep into the depths of your soul?

Every moment of my relaxing oceanic break was in Divine perfect timing! There was a beautiful balance between the yin and yang energies, the weekend was blessed with an abundance of sunshine, the active masculine energies, and the Divine feminine energies graced the night sky with a beautiful full moon and lots of twinkling stars!

Mother nature provides us sustenance and nourishment on all levels, she is always communicating with us guiding us to stay connected to our soul essence, all we have to do is listen.

In each moment we have the opportunity to connect with the elements within and around us so that we can restore balance and harmony in our body, mind and spirit. When we allow ourselves to slow down and just be, the Divine life force energy flows through us and we feel alive, elated with joy and bliss. We come back to our natural state of health and happiness.

As I sat in meditation last week, I felt the ocean deep within my heart, beckoning me to head to Llandudno for what turned out to be a deeply soul nourishing and magical weekend away! I feel so blessed for this wonderful life and cherish each moment with the deepest gratitude for experiencing so much beauty and magic in every day life.

I absolutely love Llandudno, it’s one of my favourite places in the world!

Wales is such a beautiful country full of lush green landscapes, mountains, coastal paths, castles, quaint little villages and lovely cafes, it has it all, and yes, even the sunshine! Even in late November! 😀

I am continually in awe with how magical this world is, it never ceases to amaze me how we manifest absolutely every little thing we think! Yes it is true!

Every thought you have creates your reality, you have limitless potential within you to create the life of your dreams, it all begins with a single thought!

One minute I’m in Manchester, the next I’m here flying high on a mountain top overlooking the world with a brand new perspective! How magnificent and freeing it felt to be soaring this high with the wind beneath my wings and gorgeous views all around me!

My first thought on arriving in Llandudno was to get on the Great Orme and meditate. As I sat there overlooking the sea, waves of energy flowed up and down my spine, radiating out into my whole being, a feeling beyond words, of pure Divine ecstasy.

Feeling completely blissful, I floated down to the pier and was so happy to be greeted with Christmas songs!

I love Christmas and it made me smile, sing and dance as I rejoiced in the magic of Christmas time! It filled my heart with so much happiness and love, it was the most perfect start to my ocean break! 😀

By time I arrived at the lovely cottage secluded behind a farm, I had already walked some distance and felt a bit tired so I rested for a while. Before you know it, it was dark outside and I felt drawn to take a night time walk down the promenade.

The moment I stepped out of the front door, WOW! I looked up at the night sky and couldn’t believe how clear it was after a cloudy day, the stars were so bright and twinkling, it was truly breathtaking!

As I walked down the dark drive way towards the pitch black road, I turned behind me and saw the moon hiding behind a large cloud just above the little Orme. I made my way down to ocean front and when I reached the promenade I look left to the bright lights, people and life; then turn to the right and see infinite darkness, my soul guides me to step towards the beautiful mystery of the unknown, walking down the beach going deeper and deeper into the darkness, waiting patiently for the full moon to emerge from behind the clouds.

When Grandmother moon finally risen from behind the clouds, she had such a radiant glow emanating from her, it was magnificent. The sky cleared and the moon shone upon the stony beach guiding my way to the other end of the promenade. It was so surreal, the more I focused on the lunar rays, the brighter my path became! I felt deeply grateful for a lovely evening basking in the lunar energies! Thank you Divine feminine for the beauty and creative magic you bring to life. We truly are blessed!

That night I slept so peacefully and woke up feeling restored. It was extra special seeing the ocean view from the bed, I’m surprised I got up at all really with how comfy the bed was! I took my time getting ready and was ecstatic to see this view as I left the cottage….

The day started out really sunny and the views from my cottage were amazing! I walked down the road in awe at all the beauty around me heading towards the Little Orme. When I arrived there I climbed to the top and meditated for a while before heading down to Angel Bay where the seals were on land with their little pups, it was so adorable!

I stopped at Penryn bay for some breakfast before continuing to walk towards Rhos on Sea and stumbled upon this magnificent little Gem, the smallest chapel in the UK!

I tuned into the energy of St. Trillo and immediately he invited me to take off my shoes and give my feet a relaxing massage before settling into meditation. With the sound of the ocean all around this tiny chapel of rest, everything is calm and peaceful. Voices enter the space and I open my eyes to be greeted by 2 ladies and 2 young girls of around 11 years old! After a little resistance, they joined me for a short meditation and loved it, one girl even took her shoes off and sat in Padmasana. I strongly felt the energy of St. Trillo and knew I was meant to be there at the exact moment, to share the gift of meditation with families so they can keep that energy with them and hopefully continue to feel at peace by taking out just 1 minute a day to be still and quiet. It’s like every experience leading up to that moment happened at the exact right time to make this meeting possible. They left and I felt deeply connected to Source, my life is Divinely guided and I embrace being in the flow. I was exactly where I was meant to be in that moment.

My next meeting in that little chapel moved me to tears! An older lady sat down, head in her hands, sobbing. I asked her if she was okay and we got talking. She had just spread her husbands ashes over the Little Orme, his favourite place in the world. I held her for a short while and told her he was still with her, and he always will be, which made her smile. “You was meant to be here for me today” she said to me as I left the chapel.

Hand on heart, I felt those words penetrate me so deeply! Emotions flooded me as if it was my husband, the feeling was deep and touched my soul, my eyes filled up and in that very moment, it was as if Mother Nature was a reflection of our emotions. The weather completely changed in a split second.

The ocean waves crashed upon the rocks, overflowing onto the walkway, then heaven shed a few tears, it started to rain! It looked as though it was going to throw it down, but to my surprise, it quickly subsided and my spirit guided me down to the seashore to listen to the gentle sounds of the waves rolling in and out, it was so peaceful once again.

Our outer world truly is a reflection of our inner world

This experience shows just how much we are connected to the weather. Just as our emotions are continually changing, the weather does also. As tears flow from the eyes, they also flow from the Heavens, opening us up for deep spiritual healing. The rain helped to purify and wash away the ladies grief, it was astonishing to witness such a profound experience and see this reflected in the weather!

Have you ever considered how much your inner state reflects your outer world and that with your positive cheerful energy you can actually bring out the sunshine on a dull cloudy day?

So often we notice how much of impact the weather influences our emotions, but do we really take time to flip this around and pay attention to the idea that our emotions can influence the weather?

I know I certainly do! This following experience left me mind-blown in ecstatic bliss!

My spirit guided me to a lovely beach cafe for a warm herbal tea and I looked in amazement to the clear blue skies opening up before me! I really couldn’t believe my eyes it was amazing! I was talking to a man at the cafe about the power of prayer and belief, I was praying for sunshine at it here it was, blessing the Earth with it’s glorious beauty and warmth. The oceans and mountains look radiant with the sun shining upon them, my heart opened even more and I felt completely elated and so happy.

Knowing it was going to take me about 3 hours to get back to Llandudno, I contemplated heading back but I wanted to stay at Colwyn bay and enjoy the clear blue skies. Then it suddenly dawned on me… Take the blue sky with you! So I did!

To my utter amazement, with every single step I moved forward, so did the blue sky. Visualizing the blue skies moving towards the little Orme, as if by magic, the sky cleared more with each step. Completely excited by this magnificent experience, I walked along the coast singing,

“Oh the blue sky, oh the blue sky, the blue sky is following me!”

The more I sang, the sunnier and bluer it became, I was in sheer amazement, it was one of the most surreal things I have witnessed! Every step, every breath, more blue sky opening up, it blew my mind!

Less than one hour later after the sky started to turn blue over Colwyn Bay and I headed back singing to the blue sky!

When finally I arrived back at the Little Orme, the sky was the most beautiful colours of blue, red, pinks and purples.

Thinking I was on the right path to reach the other side of the Orme before it went dark, I ended up near the edge of the cliff on the wrong side of the mountain! This was Divinely guided of course!

It was the perfect spot to watch the sun go down with magnificent views of Llandudno bay.

By time I walked down the promenade into the town and enjoyed a delicious dinner in a lovely Italian restaurant, I was ready for bed! As I turned left to get onto the prom to walk back to the cottage, once again, I couldn’t quite believe my eyes!

A massive red moon right there in front of me over the horizon looking all beautiful and magnificent. She was HUGE!

I wasn’t expecting such an amazing gift from the Heavenly cosmos! What a delightful surprise! It only lasted for 2 minutes, then as quickly and spontaneously as she appeared, she disappeared behind the cloudy sky. I was very grateful for this beautiful experience, and it was so perfectly timed! If I came out of the restaurant just minutes after I would of missed out.

When you live in the flow and trust you are being Divinely guided, your intuition leads you to the most wonderful opportunities! I could of stayed in the restaurant longer and indulged in dessert or another glass of wine, however, I listened to the calling of my heart and left at the exact right moment I was meant to! The beautiful gifts the Universe showers me with are received with the deepest gratitude ad pure joy.

I experienced another night of blissful sleep and woke up early around 6am to make the most of my final day by the sea!

I’m so glad I booked the later train to return home on Monday… I always trust my gut feelings, intuition is never wrong. I went for a beautiful walk to the top of Conwy mountain and the views were spectacular! I made it back to the West Coast in Divine timing, my last memory of this wonderful trip was this beautiful sunset!
