"I really enjoyed the Mindful Monday’s Yoga & Ayurveda Wellbeing Course. My stress level was very high, because my work demands a lot of computer work from me, so I have to sit long hours. Learning how important movement, being outside, resting and nourishing food is for my well being is really life changing for me. I am now empowered to take better care of myself and be more mindful about how I spend my day. Now I include more breaks at work, stand up, do some gentle movement regularly and also eat better. It is a huge help in my overall well being and I can perform better at my work.

“Mindful Monday’s for me has been everything that I never knew I needed. To meet each week with like-minded individuals for yoga, meditation, healthy cooking classes, eating the healthy food we’ve cooked together and an overall chat about how the week passed has been for each individual is something to look forward to.
It nourishes the heart and soul, educates us on a deeper level in order to help us grow as individuals.
I met sharon 10 months ago, initially for her massage therapies. This was at a time in my life where I had no confidence and was suffering with crippling back pain, due to an accident I had 2 years previous. Along with mentally going through the worst time of my life, battling depression and taking a cocktail of antidepressants & anti anxiety drugs, painkillers, nerve pain blockers, diazepam and sleeping tablets. As I began explaining my physical and mental pain to Sharon during massage, she encouraged me to stay for her yoga classes – which at first I didn’t have the confidence to, so I just had my massages every fortnight for a number of weeks.
Eventually through Sharons reassurance that I’d be able to do the yoga and adapt it in any way if I was struggling with it, along with the fact it would help my back pain and channel my mind to a nicer place than it was, I plucked up the courage to stay one Tuesday night after my massage.
I was welcomed into the group by the lovely ladies and gents, who mentioned they had previously suffered with their backs, I felt like I fit in to the lovely group. This first session was nothing like I had imagined it to be, my preconceived idea of matching spandex clad posers who can wrap their legs around their own heads, while I’m panting in struggle at the back of the class trying not to fart. These people were ‘normal’ no matching spandex etc, and I did really well – not just from what the others fed back to me afterwards, but I felt physically so much better, my back pain had eased from the fantastic stretching, my mind felt free and I couldn’t wait to attend the next session.
I signed up to a 10 class pass and booked out every Tuesday and Thursday evening in my diary so, that I didn’t miss any of Sharons yoga therapy classes.2 months later I began to ween myself off of my medication, feeling such amazing benefits from everything Sharon taught me and feeling ready to tackle things I’d avoided for so long, 8 weeks after I was off all my medication and feeling better for it.
Mindful Monday’s started soon after that and I can honestly say that it really helped me to realise that I’m not alone in my struggles, having a routine where you honour yourself each morning before you give yourself to work, family, life – whatever that is, you deserve to have that time to yourself, for yourself, and I can guarantee that when you have that routine you’ll start to feel better than you ever imagined.
I’ve met some wonderful people at Heaven on earth: the space, friends for life I’d say.
Words cannot express how Sharon has changed my life, she is an angel who has guided me through the trenches of hell and brought me back to life with light, and for that I will be forever grateful!
Thank you Sharon. Namaste! Holly xx

"The Mindful Mondays course has, for me, been a combination of many things. These include learning new ideas and concepts, a re-awakening of previous knowledge, together with a realisation that all things are possible. This has enabled me to develop more self-awareness and appreciate the importance of dedicating myself to a regular practice of self-love in order to initiate much-needed healing on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.

Throughout the course there has been a wealth of information provided by Sharon in the form of three times weekly e-mails regarding subjects such as chakras, energy work, nutritional food and mindfulness. This material, together with short videos of yoga practices, has helped to transform my negative thoughts and lack of energy into a positive, higher vibration, which I am managing to maintain more and more.
In turn, this has also been invaluable in encouraging me to implement a more structured self-practice into my daily routine. Previously, this has been something that has not always been easy for me to do or maintain. However, the videos, information and support from Sharon are always to hand and serve to inspire me to focus on my goals whilst bringing about positive changes to make these happen.
I would definitely recommend the course to others. It has certainly been beneficial for me to be immersed in the nurturing, safe environment of Heaven on Earth, dedicated to self-healing, increasing my knowledge and gathering tools to assist me on my journey, whilst connecting with some wonderful like-minded people! Namaste!"
