We will journey through the chakras one by one, connecting with the elements through yoga, music and creative activities that inspire you to be, who you came here to be.

We will meet live on Zoom every Sunday to prepare for our magical adventure journeying through the Rainbow Bridge.
These short and powerful sessions will include an introduction to the chakras and their corresponding elements, colour and sound.
Discover the magic within you as we immerse in a mantra mudra meditation that will send you off into a blissful sleep so you wake up feeling revitalised and ready for an awesome week.
You will receive your weekly emails Sunday evening so you can be organised for the week ahead. Printable mindful colouring sheets are included inside your emails.
